Horriblee!!!!

I ordered a Canon lens and received a Sigma lens of the same specifications. I called to return the item and so I can get the lens I had ordered. customer service was always closed and whenever i called on open hours, they never responded. The guy just hang up on me and kept repeating the same thing to all my concerns: "No problem, for that you call customer service, they are open from 1:30 to 5:00"...

The Canon lens sells for $500 and they sent me a $400 lens. What a deal for them.

I hate this company. i am still trying to get my Canon lens.

Horrible Service

I ordered a Nikon camera, which on 866cheap.com was $80 cheaper than on Amazon. After a day without hearing from them (I did not even get an email that the purchase was confirmed) I received an email asking to call them. When I called, they asked me why I had not ordered a recharchable battery, since the camera does not come with one, and that ordering an extra battery would cost $70-100, depending on the type of battery. I was confused, because no where in the camera description it said that it comes without the battery, while every Nikon you order from Amazon has a battery included in the package.
So, while I was asking for clarification, the guy I talked to on the phone just said: "Well, I will cancel your order" and he did, and immediately hang up. An hour later I called again to just make sure, and again he said: "That camera comes without battery, and the ordered is cancelled." And he again hang up on me.
I have never received such horrible costumer service. Not only they try to trick you by the apparently cheaper price, but they hang up on costumers!
I was weary of this company when I first ordered the camera. Now I know I should never trust them again.
