I love this website. You can get your size for much less than in store. Especially when you shop the sales.

Everything was just as I ordered it in right on time good job ladies!;

The robe is lovely and exactly as expected, the price was great and fairly quick shipping. I love the quality of the 100% cotton La Cera products. The return policy does not appear to be that easy or great so I do hesitate to purchase from Her Room for that reason. Overall though a good experience with ordering and shipping and product.

I was going on vacation and ordered a Panache One piece Swimsuit and paid for overnight delivery on 8/26/2026 to the hotel I was staying at. I explicitly put my reservation number, check in date, and ensured it clearly stated to deliver to the front desk/guest services. The package didn't arrive the next morning because Herroom labeled the delivery address with the street number and name of the hotel, with the town, state and zip code for my residence. The moment I received the notification from FedEx that they were unable to deliver my package I contacted herroom. I continued to contact herroom another handful of times before they responded 3 days later informing me that they "will attempt to notify the carrier to return to sender but no guarantees "
FedEx continued trying to deliver the package to go knows where another 3 times before finally delivering it to some unknown address on 9/2/2026. When I spoke to Herroom via telephone I was told all 3 times I called that it's unfortunately the customers loss. Shame too, because aside from their TERRIBLE customer service and resolution handling, I would give 5 stars but as a single mother of 4 who felt guilty ordering a $165 bathing suit to begin with, I'm definitely not happy about basically giving herroom the money for treating me like a dispensable profit contributor.

Returns are expensive and not automated properly, and Herroom’s website glitched making one of my returns impossible. Since returns are inevitable when you’re fitting bras online, this is a real downside. But, the real surprise was customer service: During a chat to assist me with the website glitch, the representative was unexpectedly rude: Unnecessarily irritated and condescending when the glitch was on their side and something had to be changed inside their system to allow my return. I followed up by reaching out to customer service about the rude interaction (of which there must be a transcript somewhere), and customer service literally just never replied. As a result, there’s no trust here for me - back to BareNecessities and Curvybras.com.

I was well informed about my shipment and it arrived quickly. I could tell Her Room cares about their products and buyers as the items were carefully packed. I will order from them in the future.

I like the selection, that is one of the keys to your company, delivery is quick, and the quality has remained excellent! Thank you for remaining a business that keeps the basics available.

My order was returned to you, you stated it was not deliverable. I contacted you the moment I found out and I called and spoke to someone there. They stated they would change the address charge me $10 to put it to return it to me and it’s been three weeks and still have not received. I’ very disappointed in your service..

The bra doesn't give as much support as I would have liked.

I purchased the suit or so I thought, however it remained in my cart. One I realized this I complete my order, but for some reason it cost more. I requested a credit they said sorry no can do!

I had looked for a pretty cotton gown for a gift for a couple of months when I found one on your site and it was also on sale!

Finally a brand I can trust that has my size 36 through 38i and fit great. No bulging wires.

Bras all seemed like they are great quality but switching between uk/us sizing is dumb. If I search for my bra size either note that I'm searching for that size or note that I'm searching in both us/uk sizes. All of my bras were the wrong size because who would expect some bras to be us sizing and some uk sizing so I can't wear any of them and had to return on top of paying a return fee.

They have a wide selection of items and shipping and customer service is always great.

I would have given you five stars but for this: I started a return after reading the information on conditions under which a return can be made and a refund expected and followed them. After sending it to Her Room I received a response saying my return was not eligible for a refund but did not state why. I contacted Her Room and was then told that "they were working on a response and would receive an email in a few days."

I did receive an email with directions on how to send the return. Although I appreciate that I have been able to return my item, I was not happy that this could have been taken care of sooner if I had been given the curtesy of telling me why my item was not eligible.
I did indeed send the return and do expect a refund. Thank you.
