The Customer Service was excellent
The Customer Service was excellent, especially for people like me who have been a 30 year Customer! I highly recommend this company and their products, as they are effective. The only issue I have had is with pumps that do not work, and that was resolved very quickly.

Beautiful products/Wildly overpriced
The products are lovely to use and beautifully packaged but wildly overpriced. Which is one reason a bunch of companies (The Ordinary, "Geeks & Gorgeous" and etc.) have sprung up to sell effectively the same active ingredients.
Their rewards program feels like an utter scam. In the years I've been a member, or insider or whatever they call it, I've never accrued enough points to apply to a purchase...yet I'm always **just thisclose** to becoming a VIP or whatever they call it and actually getting a reward. I really need to unsubscribe from their emails so I'm not tempted anymore. Their products are budget busters.

Great Skin Products
Paula's skin products are some of the best I have used, and the prices for the products are reasonable. My only complaint is that it sometimes takes weeks before the products are shipped and delivered.

Excellent customer service when there was a mishap with my shipment. I didn’t realize it was being sent to an old address, but the customer service team quickly resolved the issue by submitting a replacement order to the correct address at no cost to me. They were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate their prompt and courteous support!

I have used them for years
I have used them for years and am now 80 years old. Their products are high quality and well-priced. I recently had an issue trying to sign out and their representative was knowledgeable and quickly fixed the problem.
