Voyage Prive Reviews 

I booked a couple of nights in Bath in November ..2 months away. I have been invited somewhere else for those days so wanted to cancel ..4 days later …losing approximately half the cost!I took extra insurance thinking I could,cancel ..but this means I can cancel at a fee of £35 for a voucher.
I am a pensioner and really unlikely to use voyage Privé again ..
Really unfair reduction and loss

Misinformation given as cost quoted was for cancelling 30-16 days before .. this is 60 days

Great service!

Well organised easy to use website with great choices. Have used three times and will definitely use again.

Pros- answered phone quickly and usually resolved issue.
Hotel and location were excellent and as described.
Transfers from airport to hotel were private .
Cons - we understood that day trips would be for about 20 people but they were 40+ . This meant that we were dropping off people at other hotels for an hour at the end of the excursions.
We didn't receive the trip arrangements until 2 days before we travelled, which we found stressful.

First time with Private Travel but not the last 😀
The descriptions fit perfectly with reality. No surprises.
The hotel is very well located, outside the big cities but which can be reached very quickly by public bus or taxi/Uber.

Excellent holiday just booked through this company - everything ran so smoothly with all information readily available. I have booked several times now and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Everything from the booking process all the way to our return home was excellent. We booked a multi centre holiday in Thailand and from our first destination the hotels, transfers and locations were absolutely fantastic. Kept updated on transfer times, pick ups etc., couldn’t have asked for anything more. Definitely will be booking again with Voyage Privé.

Lovely hotel, nice settings, close to the sea, breakfast was good, room was lovely and comfortable, especially the pillows, slept all night. Only one negative the hotel carpark was expensive £15 a day, although it was lovely and clean and you felt your car was safe, so didn't really mind paying.

From the point of booking our hotel to leaving our stay was all that we hoped it would be.

REALLY EASY TO BOOK GOOD VALUE IF YOU CHOOSE WISELY AS PROPERTY WE BOOKED GRADED 4 STARS BUT TURNED OUT TO BE 3 STARS AT BEST

Transportation and pick up was organized very well. Excursions were really interesting and well planned. Resort was nice and in central position the only down note was the restaurant, but in general it was a positive experience. I would recommend it. It was my first time with voyage prive’ and I’ll try it again.

We have used Voyage Prive for years and always been impressed. This time however, not so much. We had to cancel our trip due to ill health and the process has been so frustrating. Cancellation went through easily with a promise of further emails to come detailing payments made and any refund due. We have received nothing. VP have said they have issued a refund when they haven't. No reply to emails from me. The contact service just does not work. The help button is useless. Impossible to get any sort of reply that is not a bland AI response which never answers the relevant query.

Great app, website and communication. Would have liked tour details a bit earlier but when we got them, all very comprehensive

We are very happy and satisfied. Valsamo suites is perfect. Pyrgos is a very good choice in the middle of the island. Your premices are exactly what We need , it’s beautiful, wide and cool. The beds smooth. We enjoyed to take the breakfast at Penelop’s. The people are kind, interesting and the food delicious.
We took a cruise on NST ship in the caldeira, marvelous !
We went fishing with Giorgaros fishing tours from Vlahada for 3 hours. Excellent too
We visited 3 museums, maritime museum, prehistoric museum and the lost Atlantide museum. Interesting
There are too many people in Oia and Fira. We avoided them.

Good service and efficient

Firstly I have to say the hotel was as we expected it , but the quality of the food was very poor , also very little choice
I have lived in Sicily so I know the quality of food is exceptional, we could not miss on the opportunity to enjoy good food so we ate out every evening after that first night . But we know that it could serve good quality food as we had lunch on our last day in the alacarte restaurant and it was delicious.
The other very disappointing aspect of the holiday was the hiring of the car
On picking up the car we were informed
there was no insurance included, therefore we had to pay a very large amount of money for one week of £205.00 I don’t pay that for a year on my personal car insurance. I think it’s extremely important that you make it very clear , that way people can act prior to the holiday to get cheaper insurance at home , it’s so unfair to expect people to pay that kind of money.

Excellent holiday where all the stress of transfers etc was organised. A seamless operation and a wonderful destination, all at a sensible price. Highly recommend.
