Very poor customer service. I have ordered wall panels 4 times and everytime they had sent wrong one.
Spoke to Stuart Hefford for the last order but again he made mistake.
called them for two days and not answering.

Just bought 2 amalfi victoria and albert baths, tiles and other all my bathroom room products for our new house. Received on time as promised. Would recommend their own fitters as they fitted our bathrooms and quality of finish was extremly high.

Went to their showroom in North London to view the Quooker tap and was impressed with there service and knowledge. What I like about abacus was that the staff do not pressure you into buying anything but do give you the knowledge to make your own decesion. I ended up buying my complete kitchen, bathrooms, tiles and appliances because I liked their service and they have not let me down all the way to me receiving my order. Without a doubt, I would recommend anyone to abacus.
