Great website for publishers who are beginners in internet marketing

What I like most about this website, is that they explain all different kind of advertising definition like CPC,CPM,CPC, what they mean and which advertising network company using it. Also they do reviews about all kinds of Ad Networks and Affiliate Networks Companies, with detailed information. Best of all, they give some great tips to publishers how to increase their income with those advertising network companies. I found this site through Google Search. I'm also beginner in advertising world. So I was looking for a good guide source for beginners in internet marketing, and I can say that there are not many websites with that kind of information, and usually they are outdated. This website is fairly new, so once in a while you can see some small design changes, nothing that bothers me directly. So I highly recommend this website!
