What a rip off trying to get a refund for a item that didn’t leave factory.
The item was flagged as Prime next day delivery.
As I pay for Prime you would expect it to be delivered the next day it was well within the time limit 03:15 the 23/06/2021 I received a email from Amazon stating it would be delivered today 2 days later.

I cancelled the order at 03:17 23/06/2021.

I ask for my money back and astonishingly they said it would 7-9 days for my money to be paid back into my account strangely the same time as a old fashioned cheque used to take.

I would like to know how many people did this happen to every hour of day/night because Amazon has the money in there account for 5/7 days how much interest will they make.
I have decided not to renew my Prime membership in disgust.

Stop using Amazon.

I am appalled to learn that Amazon sells Sex dolls that are replicas of children which can only mean that Amazon is catering to pedophiles which is completely immoral and disgusting. I hope others follow my example and stop shopping at Amazon as well.

Word of warning that folks should really check if it is being shipped and sold by amazon, being delivered by Amazon or if it's a third party that ships the products themselves. The only times I've ever had any issues is when it's not handled by Amazon. Using them as a third party is usually fine, especially when it comes to returns and refunds.

I have been using Amazon for years. Amazon has gotten me through that pandemic. They have fast service. No one else comes close to how fast they deliver. They never have an attitude. Thank you for your service.

I bought a fish tank pump from Amazon that was faulty and soaked my carpet. At the same time, Amazon was willing to give me a very straightforward refund. They told me to argue the toss about compensation for the carpet with the manufacturer. I have not been able to get a hold of them as they have no contact details. I raised this issue with Amazon. Not so helpful other than sending me by email their opt-out clauses, reminding me about what I signed up for when I made the purchase. And this basically is compensation and refund only when applicable. Classic case of always read the small print folks.

I have to credit Amazon Customer Service. I bought a product and although it was past the refund date for online sales, it became faulty and they arranged collection and a refund immediately with very little fuss. I was really concerned that they would not refund me and now I am happy to spend my refund at Amazon again on a similar product because I feel safe that if it went wrong Amazon will deal with it.

I had to email Jeff Bezos yesterday (his email address was posted in the public) after I spent past two days called, emailed and chatted with 10 customer service agents without any help for my simple return issue (not first time happened). None of them either read nor helped or were willing to follow up. They either disappeared from chat after waiting 20 minutes each time, mislead by sending incorrect information, or never answered my question at all but instead kicked me around with an endless cycle of emails. Later, I contacted seller who was quickly refunded me and much easier to worked with.

This morning I received an email from an Amazon agent named Spencer who said he's responding on Jeff Bezos's behalf. It's just like a joke again, his email just proved he didn’t read the whole email I sent to Jeff Bezos either. He talked about the issue I did not ask and wrote false information said Amazon CS refunded me. He said they strive to provide a world-class customer experience from start to finish. What a joke! The truth is Amazon paid a bunch of 3rd world country's customer service agents who can not simply read or just treat customer like trash and can not fix a thing. eBay is 10 times better!

I really dislike this amazon .com store on Saturday, November 7, I made the purchase of a cell phone and some pills and they canceled the purchase they blocked my account I feel robbed I call technical support and they have no explanation of my problem I would like a solution for my problem but they do not respond is an abuse on their part

Until the previous time everything was fine but for two days I can not access the site every hour the system sends the same code otp every hour and access to the site has not received. The support of the system accidentally dropped their chests and they did not react in any way

I really love this Amazon App and i recently subscribed to Amazon Prime and it is very helpful for me. This make me to get orders earlier than expected and they have huge set of Movies , TV shows etc. I feel the app to be bit slow in loading images sometimes which can be improved.

I love Amazon and Amazon Prime i use it to order large items like beds mattress as they deliver right to your door .i love this service as im a single mum. i have no car. and 4 kids.without this service my life would be so much harder.They deliver quickly .with great quality house hold equipment. The Amazon pantry is brilliant. with in 24 hours your groceries at your front door. all boxed up .no plastic bags . I have ordered, due to lock down.everything ive needed for 6 months .I trust Amazon as they have stepped up to help the country and have delivered to me everything from school uniforms, vitamins, to play stations beds furniture, paint ,padderling pool,trainers, i use Amazon alot as they are amazingly good service.
