Oplichters

Bestelling geplaatst op 05/03/2012. Na 30 dagen en veel telefoons en mails (die niet beantwoord werden) later veranderd eindelijk de status op verzonden. Een halve maand later na inspreken voicemail dat test-aankoop gecontacteerd gaat worden, eindelijk reactie. Betreffende tablet is helaas verzonden, niet toegekomen en niet meer leverbaar. Na reactie op de toegestuurde mail gevraagd om het geld terug te storten. Tot op heden, 28/05/2013, geen reactie of geld ontvangen.

slecht

Begin december 2012 2 tablets besteld met LT 2 à 3 weken. Eind januari 2013 nog steeds niets ontvangen en de bestelling geannuleerd.
Volgend bericht heb ik op 5 februari van de firma gekregen:

Helaas is de aanvoer van Zenithink dusdanig onregelmatig dat wij tot op heden niet kunnen aangeven wanneer wij eventueel kunnen uitleveren.
Wij begrijpen u dan ook volledig en gaan dan ook uw order annuleren, het door u betaalde bedrag wordt binnen enkele dagen retour geboekt.
