Machine was delivered when they said. They removed & recycled my old machine & installed the new one, taking all the packaging away. Nice friendly delivery men, however they did dent my door.

quick good service
i needed a powerbank urgently and was able to walk into the shop and buy one from argos within minutes. the one i received had been scuffed and so the sales representative exchanged it for a new one immediately. simple and straight forward purchasing process.

Argos sold me a bed that was out of stock
My order Jenson bed and a mattress was confirmed for delivery multiple times by Argos, last confirmation was the day before it was due to arrive so I disposed of my old bed and mattress. The following day at 6am they cancelled the delivery which was scheduled for 7.30-9.30 am and left me without any explanation as to why and when will it arrive, they called the following day to say that the bed they sold me was out of stock. Very inconvenient since I’m left without a bed now , Argos does not even have an email address to write to and customer service was unable to answer any of my questions, wont be buying from Argos again .

I went to Eltham Argos - RHYS gave fantastic customer servics
I went to Eltham Argos and felt compelled to share my experience. I’m never certain if anyone at HO reads these - here’s hoping. I’ve spent my whole career in retailing from shop floor to boardroom. I was served by a really smart and engaging young man called Rhys - who sorted out my bungled order! He very efficiently sorted out refunds and repurchase. This young man is a real asset to Argos and hope he does not get lost in the organisation. HR you have a great employee destined for a career - don’t let him go. He’s definitely destined to go somewhere - Argos would be advised to keep him
