Tak for din ærlige tilbagemelding om leveringstiden. Selvom din ordre blev afsendt inden for den oplyste afsendelsestid på 2-4 hverdage, kan vi sagtens forstå, at det kan føles lidt langsomt, når man gerne vil modtage sin bestilling. Thank you for your feedback. However, I am a bit puzzled by your criticism, which I will try to explain to you here.

1. You have requested an invoice, and my colleague Lasse says it can only be sent once the package is dispatched. He has sent you an order confirmation, which you have also received via email.

2. You mentioned wanting an invoice as soon as possible and claimed there was an error in the price. I have checked the price for you and sent you the breakdown so you can see there is no error.

3. We dispatched the package, and you immediately contacted us requesting an invoice at 6:00 PM on Friday.

4. Since we close at 4:00 PM on Fridays and do not reopen until 9:00 AM on Monday, we cannot normally send an invoice at this time.

5. You contacted us again on Saturday at 3:00 PM, insisting on receiving an invoice. As mentioned, we are closed on weekends like many others.

6. Despite it being the weekend, I responded to your inquiry on Saturday at 5:17 PM. Here, I explained that we have chosen not to send invoices to all customers because we primarily deal with private customers who have no use for an invoice. They have their order confirmation, which serves as their guarantee for a 2-year warranty claim. Therefore, we have chosen to spare our customers an extra email with an invoice. I also sent you a copy of your invoice, which includes our logo, name, VAT number, address, and the details of your purchase. Exactly as an invoice should according to legislation.

7. You posted a review on Trustpilot on Saturday at 5:56 PM - after you had received the invoice you requested.
You publicly denounce us, claiming we are "blacklisted" in the EU and do not comply with tax rules. This is simply untrue, and I would ask you to reconsider your review.

We are a Danish company that has been operating in Scandinavia and the EU since 2004. We comply with all laws and regulations and pay VAT and taxes in Denmark and the EU, just like any other business.

Based on this, I have asked Trustpilot to look further into your review, which contains directly harmful misinformation.

I understand you would like to receive an invoice immediately, and I apologize that we did not send it to you as quickly as you would have liked. However, I struggle to see how you can accuse us of not being a credible company based on an invoice not being sent over the weekend when we are closed.

You have received good service where we have assisted you several times outside of opening hours, and the item has been dispatched on time, so it saddens me that we end up here. I console myself by looking at your Trustpilot profile, where it appears that we are not the only ones receiving harsh criticism for minor issues, and I struggle to see how we could have assisted you further.

I look forward to your response and await Trustpilot's decision.

EDIT: Hi Martin, I'm glad to hear you appreciate the quick response from us, and this leading to 3 stars on Trustpilot although we have not yet been in contact with you, and would still would like the chance the clear up the misunderstanding.

We would really like to dig into your problem with the text messages you claim come from us as soon as possible, since we are not in violation of GDPR in any way. If you receive text messages from "us" in English, there could be someone who claims to be us!

I hope you will contact us and forward these messages, so we can have a closer look and take the necessary precautions!

Hvis det er i orden tillader mig lige at skrive på dansk, da jeg antager det er dit modersprog.

Jeg er meget ked af og høre dine anklager i mod os, som jeg er ret sikker på er en stor misforståelse.
Havde du valgt at kontakte vores kundeservice inden dette, havde vi kunne hjælpe dig med at opklare sagen med det samme, så det er ærgerligt vi ikke har fået chancen endnu.

Jeg kan oplyse, at din pakke først er afsendt fra os i dag kl. 12:33 og, at vi afsender alle ordre fra Nørrebro i Danmark og ingenting kommer fra udlandet af.

Du siger du har modtaget 3 SMS'er før kl 12.00, så det hænger ikke sammen med overstående og det må være noget andet eller nogle andre, det er i hvert fald ikke os der har videregivet din data til nogen du ikke har godkendt. Den eneste SMS du vil modtager fra os er "Din pakke er klar til afhenting" fra Postnord, eller GLS - Her i Danmark og denne vil du kun få en gang, ikke flere gange som du nævner.

Jeg vil gerne understrege, at vi ALDRIG vil eller har udleveret data til andre end de relevante samarbejdspartnere. Vi har ingen interesse i at videregive dine oplysninger til andre. Når du bestiller levering, vil vi udlevere dine oplysninger til den transportør du har valgt. Det er en nødvendighed for, at kunne levere din pakke og du giver samtykke til dette i forbindelse med checkout.

Jeg vil anbefale dig, at kontakte vores kundeservice og sende os et billede af dine SMS'er - Jeg er meget interesseret i at vide hvad der står i dem, nu du siger de kommer fra os.
