Back in action were asked to complete my ergonomic risk assessment by my employer when I had msk issues and needed specialist advice. I cannot praise them enough for the professional help, support and suggestions. Fiona really went above and beyond in ensuring I was well supported and couldn’t do enough to ensure that everything worked for me. I really can’t praise them enough and I recommend them to anyone that needs some support or advice for their office set up or if they have msk issues.

Ordered a chair from Back In Action’s online store, and upon arrival found a manufacturing defect.

Contacted Back In Action and they sorted everything out with the manufacturer on my behalf to source a replacement part for me, and kept me updated via message and by phone every step of the way.

Everything all sorted now, with minimal effort needed, and love the chair.

Staff were so friendly and helpful throughout, really glad I bought through a small business with a physical UK presence.

My experience purchasing a HÅG Creed from the Cookham branch started brilliantly. Polina was knowledgeable, attentive, and took precise measurements to ensure the chair was perfectly configured for me.

When the courier subsequently delivered a badly damaged box with missing parts, Back in Action’s after-sales service was exemplary. Within hours of contacting them, they bypassed the courier entirely and arranged a personal delivery of a pre-assembled, fully checked replacement chair. Polina kept me updated the entire time.

Struggling with sciatica for many months, I really appreciated the support I received from Fiona. Following a discussion and online demonstration of several chairs, I felt listened to and that my health and wellbeing were genuinely valued.

My concerns were carefully considered, and a chair was recommended with a full demonstration on how to use it to help alleviate my symptoms. All of my questions, including those regarding possible add-ons (none of which were required), were discussed thoroughly before a decision was reached.

The delivery process was also swift and hassle-free, making the overall experience extremely positive.

Excellent staff. I only popped in to return some shoes I bought online. But, oh my goodness I felt sooo looked after (I had managed to twist my ankle just outside the shop! 🥹) Thank you so much for the water and the seat. Above and beyond customer service. If I could give you more stars I would.
