Batterymill 

I bought this battery in Dec 2010 and it did not fit the computer properly and after a while it stopped charging they replaced it on the 21st of January then again it stopped charging and they replaced it on 25 July 2011. and the charge has been deteriorating so I contacted them on 25 April 12 and got no response, now it has got to the point I cannot use the battery as it has expanded and stops the button on the track-pad from working I have informed them of this and again I have had no response. I cannot find a contact number for them I came across this review on searching for a way of contacting them. I hope this will motivate them to keep up there great add that they give a 10 year guarantee on these batteries....."We at BatteryMill now offer a 10 year guarantee on all our batteries. This is 9 years longer than anyone else and will give you the peace of mind that a battery from us will outlast any others and probably outlast the device itself".
I have now had a full refund once I was contacted and the batteries have been withdrawn So faith restored thank you Batterymill

Purchased a mobile phone battery from them on 30/5/11. Service good in dispatching order. Battery failed 31/10/11 which was duly returned to them,it then took a letter and 2 further e-mails to them to obtain a replacement. Now the twist to the tale. They only sent back the same faulty battery. Despite 2 further unanswered e-mails nothing has been heard from them. In my opinion a real bunch of COWBOYS, and false claims on their web site. Very poor service and not to be trusted. Would be nice to hear from them ! !

RETURNED BATTERY BUT 2 WEEKS LATER STILL HAVE NOT HAD REFUND HAVE E-MAILED THEM AT LEAST 8 TIMES BUT IN SPITE OF THEIR BOAST TO REPLY IN 3 HOURS NO REPLY PROBALY ANOTHER SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE

Half the price for the same Apple macbook pro battery!

They are very helpful and offer a personal service.
