Nothing less than crooks

Hello, Don't waste your time! Pay more with a reputable site and get what you're expecting. I received what appears to be a used product in a plain package and was advertised as a new product in retail packaging. Given all the other negative reviews on this site alone, one should really steer clear. If you read their fine print, you can tell they're out to scam people. Good luck dealing with them. Someone should really shut these people down. Very bad experience. Any company that won't list a phone number or an email address on their website should be very suspect. Really, in retrospect it was my fault for not doing my homework on them first. Don' get taken like I did.

Beware of bait and switch - They claim it's new merchandise then ship used items.

I ordered two batteries for my Blackberry Bold. The batteries were listed as follows: "Blackberry Bold 9650 Battery New Original" The body of the ad further stated: "Item Condition: Brand New Compatible with: Storm 9530 9500 storm 2 9550 bold 9650 Tour 9630 curve 8900 bold 9650" and "Description: Brand New High Quality OEM Li-Ion Standard Battery."

What I received was two batteries haphazardly sealed in non-standard heat sealed plastic. The labels on the batteries are worn. The contacts on the batteries are worn. The side of both batteries that have the contacts have tooling gouges where somebody tried to remove the batteries incorrectly. The contact housing on these batteries serves as the capture mechanism inside the battery compartment. To remove them correctly and not damage the battery you have to pry from the side opposite the contacts. Fingernail pressure is more than sufficient to get them out. On top of all this, they only paid $0.86 shipping cost and I had to pick up the remaining $1.21.

Judging by the majority of other reviews, this is their standard way of doing business. Used merchandise marketed falsely as new merchandise. Disgusting business practices.

The Website Lies! but Prices are Fair! -- Calculate your Risk! -you have been warned-

Ordered item, and received notice they did not have it in stock. Not back ordered, just "nope don't have that one. yeah, its on the website, but we don't have it, won't in the foreseeable future but we'll leave it on the site anyway, because screw you." They offered to ship me a different item instead. In my case, same item, different color/styling.
I had read similar reviews warning of non stocked items, but took my chances anyway because the price was really good. It was a calculated risk. they take paypal, figured I could use paypal's buyer protection in the worst case scenario. It didn't quite come to that though.
Always better if you can get what you ordered, but as I still got the same item, just visually different, it wasn't TOO bad. Works fine. condition was as advertised. no issue there.

Still, if you're considering ordering from them, be advised their website is kind of the best case scenario relating to their stock. As in wishful thinking. there is a REALLY good chance they will not have the item you order. Nor will they get i, ever. or remove out of stock merchandise from the site even a week or a month later.

In fairness though, while order was "processing" for what felt a bit of a long time, it shipped and arrived fairly quickly. Even being at my door earlier than expected.

Bottom line, be aware its a gamble, so calculate your risk and be prepared. but if it works out, the prices are good.

Used instead of new and poor service!

I ordered a headset that was advertised as new but not in original packaging. I had owned this same product before and lost it, I needed neither packaging or manual.

When the headset arrived, it was well used and had sweat marks it. In addition, it would not power up, so cleaning it up and using it was not an option.

When I contacted bluetoothtronics.com, they informed me that they could replace the headset or refund me $4. $4 for what cost me $24 plus shipping. Obviously, I chose replacement.

Yesterday, I contacted them for the status of the replacement. 24 hours later the response was that it would be 2-5 days. As it had been 7 days already I asked if this was additional days or total from my initial complaint. I also asked for the tracking number. I just received the tracking number showing that it was just shipped yesterday at 8:30pm!!! That's 9 hours after I inquired about the status. I will be surprised if the replacement arrives and more surprised if it is new and works.

Do not buy from these clowns. I wish I had checked reviews first. These complaints seem to be a trend for bluetoothtronics.com.

1 good transaction - 1 bad!

First transaction went off without a hitch. Second one they changed the shipped date from the 22nd to the 4th, and then I never received it or any communication even after attempting to establish through 4 emails

Never received product

I never received what I ordered. When I emailed them about the order, they sent me the tracking information (showing it was delivered) and didn't respond to any of the my other emails. I don't know who signed it or who has my order.

they ship by USPS where there is mediocre tracking information & no type of signature.

I never received a replacement product or my money back.

Good price, questionable packaging

The price was the best on the Internet but item came in a plastic baggie without product or manufacturer's info. Hope it doesn't break because then I'll be lost.
