This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never spoken to more rude, aggressive and non-helpful customer service reps in my life and I buy everything online. I made a typo in my email address on my order and wanted to correct it - instead of helping me, the customer service rep canceled my order and hung up on me.

I highly recommend buying from ANY OTHER vendor even if you have to spend more so you will not have to have such a negative experience with this company.

I tried to order a North Face Jacket they showed in stock. I got confirmation for the order then a email saying they shipped it. Then they cancelled my order because my card was declined because I used the wrong billing address. I called to correct the card address and they were rude and said I had to reorder online otherwise my order was cancelled. So I did. I received confirmation again, as well as a shipping receipt. Then they canceled my order 36 hours later over email saying they were out of stock. I was worried at first they were a scam company so at least they are legit. But they don't do the job very well.
