Bestilte en Kindling Cracker af…

Bestilte en Kindling Cracker af firmaet. Desværre var deres lagerstyring ikke helt opdateret, så der ville gå 14 dage før de kunne sende min kløver. Fint nok. Efter 14 dage fik jeg en mail at de nu havde afsendt kløveren som ankom til en pakkeshop via gls. Jeg havde bestilt og betalt levering til døren, men pyt med det. Firmaet skrev så at de ville trække 50 kr. mindre fordi var gratis levering til pakkeshop. Rigtig godt set, for jeg havde selv overset den detalje.

Alt i alt er jeg rigtig fint tilfreds. Der var fin kommunikation via mail, og varen svarede til beskrivelsen på hjemmesiden.

Lader til at være rigtig reel virksomhed

Har kommunikeret såvel telefonisk som via email med indehaveren, Bent Jensen, klar besked og klar kommunikation om betingelser for leje at brændekløver.
Fin fleksibilitet med tidspunkter o.s.v.

Lejeforløbet fungerede fint, kløveren var god.
