Awful

Ordered tapes through CRam Ltd on 8th December and still have not received them. Phoned countless times, told the order is on their system! Finally cancelled and asked for paypal to be refunded at the end of January. Still waiting on the refund. Paypal have disputed the transaction and still no refund. Avoid this company at all costs we are now filling out forms for a small claim at the Sheriff Court
I have given them one star only because trust pilot won't allow me to leave a review with no stars

Non-existent customer service - had to resort to Paypal dispute resolution

Ordered and paid via Paypal for next day delivery, emailed 4 times over the next 5 weeks to get a status update (the item was in short supply across the UK), called but only got "our business hours are" even when calling within business hours.

Eventually I had to open a dispute via PayPal - and C-RAM never responded to the PayPal dispute so fortunately PayPal refunded my payment in full.

Checked Companies House - C-RAM's status is "Active - Proposal to Strike off" with accounts over a year overdue.

Highly recommend not doing business with them.

Appalling customer service

Ordered a monitor which was in stock over three weeks ago & paid for next day delivery. Still haven't received any goods. Despite phoning and sending emails on several occasions, no one has had the decency to let me know what is happening with my order.
I've shopped online for many years now and I can honestly say I've never quite experienced some ineptitude as I've experienced with this company!

Don't bother

Order placed 13 December 2010 with a promise of next day deliver by courier. Notwithstanding poor weather conditions, e-mails sent which were not replied to, Telephone calls were made and callbacks promised which never materialised. In the end transaction had to be disputed through Paypal, a month later although monies were promptly refunded.
