Terrible store!
First, I'd like to say that the guy running it is a nice guy and tries to be as helpful as possible when he's actually running the business... From my experience, I dont think he even bothers checking emails or anything on the weekend. If you're running an online home business(which he is) you should at least have the decency to read your emails and respond to people that you failed to give a key to for 2 days straight(working on day 3 now after ordering Thursday afternoon, it's Saturday night). After ordering Thursday, Friday morning I was told that there was a problem with paypal and they'd have it resolved by the end of the day, well it's the end of the NEXT day and still no word and their live chat thing has said offline ALL day. The guy can't even upload his own English patch for his customers so he uses some other cd key seller's patch.
