Chalet-Hire.com 

Trying to advertise a chalet but whenever I entered the details and clicked 'add chalet' it would delete everything and take me back to home page. Tried a few times to email to both the info and help email addresses and have received nothing. Tried once more and instead of taking me to homepage returned two errors. Copied and pasted these to the email addresses and have received NOTHING! Do not want to deal with a company with only an email address that doesn't get responded to. They are obviously not too fussed about new business.

This company has appalling customer service there is no telephone number or business address - are they a bonafide business ? a legal entity
I have asked my solicitor to try and track them down but at the moment
with no success they are simply a website and email address
They owe me money but refuse to reply to emails and will not provide a telephone number or address so my solicitor can serve them with the claim

This site (and HomeAway) provide all the bookings we need. Like HomeAway, this isn't the cheapest site out there. But it does provide enquiries unlike the alternatives.
