Great service, a1 communication
What a great company to deal with and must importantly to buy from. I brought three charms for the price of two and was able to pay over four months (winner). I received them the next day and each charm came with is own little gift bag. I would highly recommend them and will defiantly be using them again soon.

Beautiful charms, great service!
I ordered some charms on the 3 for 2 offer, making it a fantastic deal. I was able to find a limited edition charm on Charm Heaven which I have had my eye on for a while, and couldn't find available elsewhere, so I was really pleased to find it here.
The delivery was very quick, and when I opened the package, each charm came in a separate box, and there was also a gift bag with extra tissue paper - all in all these extra little touches made it a truly beautiful gift.
10 out of 10, I will be recommending and using you again!1

Excellent service!
Was looking for Chamila charms that I couldn't find on the high street, even through the usual online high street brands was out of stock. Then I found Charm Heaven - was at first a little apprehensive with regards to cheap imitations but the reviews were really good! Took a chance and very happy with the charms and service - definately will be coming back to buy more!

Excellent service, speedy, nicely packaged and value for money
I ordered some charms for my Chamilia bracelet and Charm Heaven had the best prices and easy to use website. The close-ups on the charms help with choice and the two-for-one was a great bargain, although I probably spent more than I should have through it! The charms were with me quickly and beautifully packaged.

Internet shopping doesn't get any better that Charm Heaven!
Ordered three charms on the buy 2 get a third free offer for my grand-daughters 18th birthday. All the charms arrived very quickly in beautiful hinged gift boxes and I saved £34.95 on my third charm. Had previously bought from a high street jeweller - never again as these charms were perfect and far better value. So pleased that I ordered a fourth charm. Naturally I had to pay the full price of £55 as only buying one charm (but same price as high street jeweller). Only disappoint was that the charm arrived in a small cardboard sleeve, not in a gift box as I had expected which in my opinion cheapens the gift. I had to buy a small gift box for the charm as I didn't want to wrap up the tacky cardboard sleeve. I know that the same jewellers previously mentioned also use these horrid cardboard sleeves, but I think at £55 for a small charm it should warrant a gift box regardless of number of charms bought. I thought that the customer service team would see I had already spent £113 a few days before and would offer the same service. It's only a small gripe though and I have already recommended Charm Heaven to friends and I will definitely use them again as site is very user friendly and delivery was outstanding.

Easy ordering, fast delivery. Very pleased with Chamilia items.
I took advantage of the 3 for 2 offer on Chamilia items, ordering 2 safety chains and a necklace. Items are first class, packaging was secure and I saved £40! There was information in the package in case there were any issues t be resolved, i.e. returns necessary, but i didint need to do this. So great communication. i can recommend this website.

Wrong item sent and unprofessional
I ordered two charms for my mum for Mother's Day. I had it sent to her house, as I'm up at uni, and told her not to open the package. I get a phone call a few days later asking what I had received because they had a feeling they sent the wrong charm. On the phone it did slightly feel like the guy was blaming me for it happening. I had to get my friend to go round, pick up the package and open it. She found that the had got a koala mixed with a policeman's helmet (they don't even look the same!). In all fairness they did send the right charm as soon as they knew however it shouldn't of happened in the first place and I shouldn't of been made to feel it was my fault.
Regarding your reply:
I believe that my review has not been sent too quickly. It is simply how I felt about your service, you sent me an email asking me to evaluate it and this is what I thought. If you felt that my review was sent in too quick then why send me the email in the first place?
I do take responsibility that I did at first give you the wrong delivery address and I am grateful that you changed this quickly.
Regarding the phone call with one of your staff, it simply how I felt. Surely if you were a professional company you would take this feedback and find a way so that a customer does not feel like this again. I would have been willing to look past the fact that you sent me the wrong item in the first place, however that phone conversation really upset me and made me feel like I was not valued as a customer.
What I find unprofessional about your company is that today, Tuesday 12th March at 3:11pm, I received a phone call from the same staff member who made me feel this way. During this phone call he stated that, and I quote, 'it's all in your imagination' and 'it's not our fault you woke up on the wrong side of the bed'. That is not a way to treat a customer at all and I would be ashamed if I owned a company and one of my employees spoke to someone in this way.
I have changed this rating to 1 star, due to how I have been treated since posting this feedback, and believe it does not give a misleading level of service from your company. I do not feel respected as a customer and would highly suggest to anyone not to buy from your company.

There is a simple explanation that has caused your unhappiness with our service, we have several part time staff working at our office, it was an inexperienced junior member of staff that made the error with your order, she has been very apologetic that this has happened.
As a valued customer and with every respect Melissa, in our opinion, you have been too quick to send out a bad review of our Company.
We take this opportunity to point out that you made your order on Saturday evening 2nd March, shortly after you sent us an email asking that we amend the delivery address as you had supplied the wrong one, on reading your email I decided that your request was in need of a quick response, I replied to you on Sunday 3rd March confirming delivery address had been amended to put your mind at rest.
You then state that the guy who called you from our office, “you felt he was blaming you in some way?” This is very unlikely, what reason would we have to blame the customer for our genuine mistake. Given the circumstances, there seems to be absolutely no motive to why we could possibly want to blame a customer for sending the wrong charm to them, we called you to apologize, which we did, not to blame you.
We are very unhappy with your review and strongly disagree with your 2 star rating, it gives a misleading level of service from our Company.

Amazing Fast Delivery
The delivery of my charms was amazing!!! I ordered around 3pm the one afternoon and the charms arrived the next morning!!
The only problem I experienced was when I went to checkout from my basket - there was no 'proceed' or 'checkout' button to press. This was resolved with me using the websites 'contact us' page and a quick response from Charm Heaven.

Very quick delivery - all Good!
Recently placed my first order with charm heaven and I was very happy with the service, they were delivered securely and on exactly the day they said. The offer of a deposit down and four monthly repayments interest free was a bonus, as the charms I was after were on a buy three for the price of two you couldn't really go wrong. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future and will be looking for their future special offers too, a company you can rely on at last.
