I had few orders from them, no problems so far. I am giving them 4 stars because payment has to be bank transfer, which is less secure, and on last order I received two invoices from two companies which I personally didn't like
Website appears to accurately detail stock updates, at least as far as the bullion I've purchased. Order detailing is excellent, as is UPS tracking from mainland Europe. Orders arrive in discrete packaging and UPS will attempt to deliver the following day if you can't be at home on the scheduled delivery day. Best value for money site I've used many times.
