i ordered a t95 android box in may its now mid september still hastnt arrived i left email still no reply this company is a joke will never do business with them again !! would not recommend anyone to either.

This DX is totally waste of time my order stilll not delivered at Durban South Africa, lucky i used paypal i will request re-fund i am tired of them

My recent orders are not showing up on DealExtreme ?
Under my ACCOUNT there is no information on my Orders !
The Tracking Number you sent me in the conformation email - is meaningless without knowing who the shipping company is !!
It took nearly 3 Weeks from when I paid for the Item , till it was dispatched !!
What is going on at DealExreme ??
I haven't received my ORDERS !!
And I have had no response to numerous messages sent !

DealExtreme used to be a good site. Used it for many years. In the last two months, however, I have done orders, and paid for two (small) items. They showed shipped, but a month or more later, never showed. Now, the delivery time was ALWAYS several weeks, and I just expected that, but that delivery time has turned into NEVER. I'm giving up on them.

Do not buy from this company or use their services in any way its a dishonest company.

faulty phone received cant fix it or even contact this company .

They claim they have delivered ordered goods but since it was unclaimed by me (I was never notified i was possible to claim) it was returned to the supplier.
Then they want me to pay for redelivery or they will destroy package (which they claim they have done, since I wont pay more).
When I tell them I want my money back, they
just answer that they cannot do anything an close the errand.

They say 15 days, more like 150 days. 3.5 month for it to arrive.
I had my doubts before and even after receiving what I ordered I still distrust them. Considering the time it took, the fact that it was cheaper was not that important.

I bought a G Shock watch for my husband as an anniversary present. It took over a MONTH to get here. Tracking your order from this website is absolutely impossible. Customer Service is total crap. The whole time I was so scared that we were never going to get it. But thank God! I was beyond relieved when it finally came in the mail! I will NEVER buy anything from this website again.

Absolutely horrible. Before purchasing they advertise as delivery will take 7 - 10 days. I am now waiting almost 2 months for delivery of my order. Fix this now please!!!!

I've used DX 20 or so times in the last few months, mostly electronics components. The goods have always turned up eventually, averaging 3 or 4 weeks delivery time to the UK from China. They are usually very good value, but some stuff is available on ebay or amazon at similar prices. I've never had to return anything, so can't comment on their guarantees.

I would have given DX 5 stars were it not for the terrible DX EU site. I ordered goods from the EU site, with its promise of 3-day delivery, allegedly from a warehouse in Holland, and delivery took longer than from China! The goods did turn up eventually, after a paypal dispute process, but I will not be ordering from the EU site again. I recommend to always use paypal for payment at the main site too.

I ordered a battery pack on 2nd Feb 2016. DX stated that it had been dispatched on 4th Feb 2016 and to allow 20 working days.
After 21 days and no sign of the order I emailed them. No response.
After 22 days I emailed again. No response. After 23 working days I emailed through their help line. It is now day 25 and still no order and no response.
I should have known better, outside the UK you cannot rely on any company. They took the money from account, and I have nothing to show for it.
My advice, buy British. I will from now on.

Term "EU Direct" is misleading customers with a "EU Direct shipping". All orders are shipped from China, not Europe.

1. Please DX, correcet your delivery times to your EU site, it's misleading!
2. Take a look at dictionary what is the difference between SHIPPING and DELIVERY.

There are no excuses, EU Direct just doesn't stand in for what the term EU Direct generally implies.

Please folks on DX, Don't reply to this message.
Spend that time for telling your boss and ask for changes for misleading information. Sorry words Do NOT help any of your customers. You should as a merchant take responsibility and correct delivery times and let the people decide if they want still buy from you.

And as a customer servant that would be more helpfull than write sorry words.

I like so much buying in DX.com, but the customs procedures in Brasil are so complicated, and the delivery is late. The other time I buyed, I wait 4 months for the itens to arrive at my home.
I hope Deal Extreme do something regarding the Brazilian authorities to accelerate these processes.

I have been a long time purchaser on Deal Extreme (DX.com). The first order took a bit longer for delivery to India, however, subsequent orders have been reaching me in less than 18 days on an average.

The products sold are great and the pricing is fantastic too. Several of the products (mostly car lights, flashlights) I purchased have been performing as intended over the last one year - speaking about their quality.

The only time I had to ask for a refund when one item was damaged through transit - Deal Extreme refunded the entire amount as an in store credit.

I ORDERD 2 TIMES SOME BICYCLE CLOTHING AND SPARE PARTS AND I GET THEM. I TAKES 2.5 WEEKS TO GET IT IN HOLLAND. THE CLOTHES ARE MEDIUM QUALITY BUT VERY CHEAP. THE SPARE PARTS ARE OK. THE SERVICE WAS GOOD.

I've been using DX for about five years, with hundreds of orders in that time. Their user reviews are valuable in picking out which products will stand regular use - some don't. In rare cases shipments go missing, and occasionally a product is defective on arrival - DX has always made good in such cases.

A wonderful site, full of all kinds of items at affordable prices. Of course, all free-shipping! The customer service and the forum is full of people extremely available. Many orders have gone well, when in fact the items were not available to me has always been proposed accreditation. I am very happy.
