Ordered several items and when it arrived, empty boxes with no merchandise in it. I lodged a claim and it is very, very, exasperating. The customer service gave all crap excuses and nonsensical procedures, in the end, no refund but to offer me a shipping discount in my next order. Well, I order directly from taobao.com, it is much cheaper.... If you understand Chinese.

Best chinese shopping site ever, Cheap prices, very fast shipping to Australia and good service. Not sure what the other bad reviews are referring to. I'd say this site is even better than Gearbest, Banggood, Aliexpress to name some.

They are selling items that they do not have and do not intend to get it. But they refuse to cancel and refund the customer's request. Worst online shopping experience

Posted: 09/03/2016. Bought several items from them, but one item (the most expensive one) had a nasty burn on the back, and did not work at all. I contacted them IMMEDIATELY by email, and then a few hours later on Skype.

After contacting Vikey, eForChina's only contact it seems, by email and Skype, and waiting several days for Vikey to 'check with their suppliers', had the nerve to blame me for damaging the item (but still offered a 10% discount on a future order. Odd.)

I insisted on a refund, but they constantly tell you to 'stop urging them' if you don't accept their 'solutions'.

I am currently fighting them in a PayPal dispute after Vikey stopped responding to Skype messages. People like this do not deserve to be in business. Avoid them like the plague.

Update: 10 March 2016. PayPal have approved a return. For an order costing approx. £40, I had to spend £9 returning the item using a service with delivery confirmation and insurance. Still insisting that I damaged the item, and wanting me to cancel the PayPal dispute because 'it will damage my credit score'.

Purchased 3 headphones, 2 of which faulty and all not as described. £85 in total with shipping. They Agreed to send them back for a Full refund. I wanted to send them as cheap as possible and paid £30 postage, tracking would've cost a lot more (big mistake). They exploited and took advantage of the fact of my mistake of not getting tracking. 3 months later they still haven't received them. Correct address, Haven't heard from customs. Big bunch of lies from eforchina. Waste of time. £115 gone to waste

Eforchina is a very interesting Online Company, I always discover new items cheaper than anywhere-else. I also appreciate their customer service, they really respond on time and help when problems occurs.

I have ordered products from over ten online stores in China over the past years and eforchina is the most honest. They offer free shipping by China Post on all products, and if a product can not be sent with China Post (e.g. power banks, batteries) they send it by other channels without extra charge.
Their customer service is available on Skype, which is infinitely better than the crappy live chats or email forms on other online stores.
Often they are willing to match prices of competitors, if you find a product cheaper there.

Great website, easy to navigate. Ordered here first about a year ago and was reluctant about ordering from overseas.
Turned out perfect, low prices, quite fast and free shipping (to Europe it takes about 10 business days on average with a 5 business day record and a 20something as low). Used Paypal and creditcard.
I don't see any Western site selling some of the typical (think; 90 degree USB adapter so my Android tv-stick won't stick out under the tv) stuff and low priced gadgets any time soon! And if they do, they probably use a similar site as Eforchina as a source and double price the items!
I am a happy Eforchina shopper and am glad to share my experience for those in doubt.

Shipping of my items (phone and tablet) were 4 weeks after payment. poor customer service cause items got broken after 2 weeks; I sent them back, needed 4-5 weeks for repair. Now I must pay shipping back to me, as Vikey told me....never again....buy at your local dealer...anyway if you pay 15%-25 more! you safe your time!

Don't order from them! My firsts orders arrived and they were good. I was very happy with my purchases. But my final order on October 15, 2013 still haven't received! Have been over 4 months. When I email them about my order, THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY!!!! They keep saying that they will resend the items, but no tracking number was provided even when I was told that the order has been shipped. As of today, 2/19/14 no items haven't been received. Multiple emails have gone unanswered! I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!

WARNING : Be careful buying a phone from eforchina. I bought a 5s Phone (S-MPH-3089) for my daughter and it was defected from the day it arrived. Customer support pretended to be helpful, but all they did was waste my time and lie to me and go in circles for weeks. The apps on the phone would not work, the phone would go crazy if you tried to text. They had me send photos and video to "solve the problem" Then they asked for me to send different types of video, MOV, MP4, etc. Then they just stopped replying to my emails asking for help. Now I am stuck with a useless phone that has numbers and strange images across the screen (photo attached). WARNING - the customer support here is useless, they will not refund or compensate your funds, and they are selling defected phones!!
