Exelent customer service
Very good customer service. Bought a GoPro Hero3/Silver Edition on the Danish Website. The GP had both hardware and software problems. Egalaxy showed great service to resolve the issue.

Very delayed delivery
I had paid for express delevery with DHL, which was crucial as I was to travel abroad. Regardless of that the delivery did not arrive until 5 days after the scheduled time and the invoice was not correct.

Very good company and amazingly fast service. I got my Garmin eTrex 30 within a day, delivered with DHL even I had selected standard postal service.
I will definitely buy again.
