Leuke stoel gezien op deze website en er 6 besteld.
Kreeg een mailbevestiging van order.
Na een dag (toen ik niks had vernomen) zelf contact gezocht wanneer ik mijn bestelling kon ophalen.
Kreeg reactie dat er slechts 1 stoel van was en hij niet meer bestelbaar was.
Op de website staat niet aangegeven dat er nog maar 1 van is; je kunt de hoeveelheid die je wilt zelf bepalen.
Na mijn bestelling van 6 stoelen stond dit artikel gewoon nog op de site, en kon je deze ook nog gewoon bestellen.
Hieruit kun je als klant absoluut niet opmaken dat een product uitverkocht is en tevens helemaal niet meer leverbaar.
Een excuus was wat mij betreft dan toch wel op zijn plaats geweest.
Ik snap dit soort webwinkels trouwens niet. Als je website niet klopt met wat je aanbiedt; waarom dan een webshop willen zijn?!
