The people who have posted positive responses here are some of the lucky few who have received an item that worked. Eimaya have a so called support page which hapless customers are urged to log into. They are assured that "Don't worry, we are here. We know how frustrated you are when you have a question to ask or have a issue to report, and that’s why we created this support
ticket system. Please simply submit a ticket at the top right corner, and then you can have a piece of mind waiting for our response." You'll wait alright! But you won't get a response.
They know very well that the only people who can see that page are the ones who have been ripped off blind. It is to prevent people from opening a Paypal dispute in time to get a refund. I have copied and printed to PDF the "Support" page so you can see how these people treat their customers who are forced to ship back their defective products for repair or refund. As one of those customers, I can access this to show you. Only I can't attach the PDF to this post. If anyone doubts this, give me an address to send the PDF. These people are not legitimate merchants, but thieving swindlers.
EIMAYA SUCKS I ordered a Flytouch 5 back on January 16th. I just received it last Friday only to find that it wont even take a charge. I tried contacting the company and of course still havent heard back from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If you are looking for a tablet buy local.

I got a Flytouch 5 for Christmas just for simple use, didn't really need a sophisticated iPad. Saw some reviews on the REAL Flytouch, and figured I'd give it a try.
Well, I did recieve the tablet from "eimaya.com", but the battery went totally dead in 3 days, and the Android Market quit working. I know it is a cheap version of the iPad, but $150 shouldn't get only 3 days of use. Also, I've learned since that these are knock off Flytouch tablets. They are not made by the IBEX manufacturer. They are not in the true IBEX Flytouch packaging and will give you absolutely no support.
We contacted "eimaya.com" on their useless support site. After days, they said to ship it back and we would get a refund. Well, they got it back because the package was tracked and signed for. It's been over 3 weeks since they accepted the package back, and still no response! So, with the keyboard case, screen cover, tablet, shipping and return shipping, we're out over $240!!!!
I guess it's a shame, it's our fault for being greedy and not buying from a local store. Sure, buy it from one of these 1/2 priced China stores online. You get what you pay for. I guess that's what happens when China gave us a huge loan. They are allowing free trade with absolutely no recourse for bad dealing companies.
Don't do it.
I bought a Blackberry Playbook 64G for $299 in a local store, and I'm extremely happy with the product! What a mistake! Don't buy directly from CHINA, you will get screwed in the end! Maybe, sooner or later the Chinese gov't will get involved, but for now, they are free to scam us greedy Americans, trying to get the lowest price!!!!
I will glady return to this site and edit my review if a refund is finally concluded, but I'm not holding my breathe!

Order was allegedly shipped on December 4th. Still has not arrived. I asked the company to track the order weeks ago. They said they have done so (a week ago). They have not responded to my emails. They have my money and now apparently don't care? This is the worst experience I have every had with purchasing an item over the internet.
Got the zenithink c91 for Christmas off my husband it was a total surprise. Like it was an understatement - I totally love it - it's never out my hand! I read books, watch videos downloaded from Android market. Use it for correspondence, using the Internet and e-mailing. It is so user friendly. My 4 year old grandson asks for it as soon as he comes to my house when he plays games and we read books. I absolutely love it!
The reviews have been pretty bad, which I don't doubt, but from MY personal experience, I've got to give eimaya 5 stars, because I've got nothing to complain about. My only complaint is about the FlyTouch-5 that I ordered, but the company/website has been perfect.
This review is really for the company, but I did want to mention my issue with the FlyTouch 5. Overall, it's good/acceptable, with the main problem being the poor WiFi reception of the unit. It will connect to my router, but only if you are relatively close. With no walls between the router and the tablet, it seems to cut off at about 45 feet. With the signal going through 2 sheetrock/4x6 walls, probably about 30 feet. I need distances, at least twice that much for my home. No other device has ever had a problem connecting ANYWHERE in the house, with the same router. The resistive touch screen is not ideal, but I didn't know the difference between resistive and capacitive, until after I placed my order.
Now, back to eimaya. I ordered the tablet on Saturday, Dec 10, 2011. I didn't want to risk not receiving it by Christmas, so I paid for the expedited shipping for $20 extra. The tablet was at my door (Central Florida, USA) on Friday, Dec 16th. I was very impressed, considering it was coming from China. They clearly met their 3 to 5 days DHL prediction on their site, considering I started counting from the Monday after I placed my order. I've been happy with the tablet, with the exception of limited/weak WiFi connectivity. They have a helpful support page which addresses common questions and concerns at http://eimaya.com/support/. I opened a "ticket" to mention the weak WiFi reception, just in case there was some simple solution. I was ready to leave a positive review here, but wanted to wait to see if I at least received a response to my concern. Their answer wasn't especiallly helpful ( Does it help plugging into the power cord and charging? I am sorry. We don’t know how to boost wifi signal on the pad.) but all I was looking for was some type of response, which I got, only 3 days later. Note: I indicated LOW PRIORITY when I sent it.
If I were 100% positive that I would receive a refund, I would send the tablet back, since the WiFi reception dissappoints, and doesn't exactly meet my needs. But after reading the many sketchy reviews, it feels risky. I feel that I'd be pushing my luck, and could end up with no money, or tablet. If I did send it back, and received a refund, eimaya would be 5 stars for sure. As it stands, I still feel comfortable rating them 5 stars, because my doubt is coming from others reviews/experiences, rather than my own. Negative experiences are more frequently expressed than positive ones, so who knows how many other happy eimaya customers are out there that never took the time to write and post a review. From experience, eimaya is legit, and makes an effort to honor their transactions, before and after the sale. Positive experiences are possible with eimaya, and I am proof.
Ordered a zen tablet on Nov 26th still not arrived no help from their customer service please not not buy anything from Eimaya totally unreliable avoid at all costs.
Ordered items on November 27, 2011. It is December 27 and the items are not yet delivered. Promise notes to children from Santa are lame. I understand it takes a while for delivery, but c'mon man. I was given notice the shipment left China on December 6. What is up with that.
Yang Pei, the owner of EIMAYA.com is a criminal. He sells inferior, 'knock-off' models of e-tablets which will take months to arrive after payment.
You will need to file fraud against him in order to receive any customer service. AVOID!!!!
I'm really amazed of the choice on Eimaya. I love buying android tablets from them. And never had any problems. Competetive prices, free shipping & always arrives on time. The website is so easy to order from. Well done!
This is Jessie and my experience visiting this site is great and I felt very satisfied after getting my tablet due the fact that I don't believe in buying Chinese made materials but, this is worth it. Their service is good as I got my flytouch 5 a few weeks late but it was in a good condition, no breakage at all.I am very happy to have this resource as I can get everything free shipping,
