Good response and shipping times.

I had an issue with error in my order so I sent a support ticket. They responded promptly, but it did take almost 12 hours for them to get back to me (I sent my ticket in late at night.) Shipping took 5 days, but was free. Highly recommend this store, they seem to offer good deals on batches of older products like 2nd gen ipods. If they responded to customer requests at all hours like some of the bigger retailers, I'd give a 5 star.
