Issues with delivery

I have previously ordered my lenses with Europtix, and been absolutely delighted with their service and the quality of lenses. However I have now been waiting one month for my lenses - order placed on 28th Nov, and I can see from trave and trace that lenses appear to be lost. I have contacted customer services who have replied promptly and politely to my emails, however the only advice they give is to contact my local post office, who have confirmed that the package is not in their system. I am still waiting for reply to my last 2 emails, however assume that the delay is due to Christmas), where I hope to understand next steps ...... I would like Europtix to contact the Cypriot post office - lets see if they come back to me..

At this precise moment in time I am nearly €200 out of pocket with no lenses to show for it, have had no lenses over Christmas period and no clear resolution path, and to be honest little support from Europtix.

I am still hopeful of a resolution, and will update with process - however this is a cautionary tale for potential buyers.

I ordered from Europtix.com and the quality of contact lenses they sent me is excellent! The reason I ordered the particular contact lenses was mainly due to the price, which was the lowest price at the market (local Cyprus stores and international online websites). The contact lenses I ordered were not in stock and Europtix informed me immediately. They offered other contact lenses but I insisted on the ones I already ordered. So in just a week's time Europtix delivered to me the contact lenses I ordered in the first place, despite the fact that they were not in stock.
Europtix offer instant assistance during the whole process, alongside quality and very low price products.
