The prices are not bad, I would have paid 300 or more for the same pair of glasses I purchased on this site. However, I placed an online order for a pair of glasses on 2/26. I did not receive a confirmation e-mail regarding my order.. I called to check on my order status and left a brief message with my order number with my name and phone number.Two business days later I still had not received a response back about my order I had placed back in February. I logged on to my Eyenmore account and my order was still processing. Two weeks later...March 13, I finally was able to speak to a custom service rep. She then put me on hold for over 15 minutes and was disconnected from the call. I phoned the company right back and finally received an answer regarding my order. Apparently there was an issue getting from the manufacturer. If this was the case, I would've simply been satisfied with a courtesy email regarding the problem! I find it funny, that I received confirmation e-mail 30 minutes after I called Eyenmore that my glasses had shipped. I would not recommend this company to others.

I would definitely RECOMMEND EyeNmore and would purchase with them again in future. I have experienced smooth process order to receipt and also with customer service.i found frames here that i could not find with vision chains stores . The quality of items received and packaging is all perfect and as depicted. Also the prices here are low even compared to what is being offered at best and large sites. thanks."

Wow! My glasses are perfect! Arrived much sooner than expected and the customer service representative was very helpful. They answered all my questions!
