WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH
I have personally had the worse experience with FIRST, then most companies I've dealt with in my life. Rude customer services. supervisions and managers who would tell you they would look into the matter for you, to find out they never logged your complaint in the first place.
A monthly instalments set up against my knowledge and consent then being fined for not making payments when I was under the impression I paid everything off initially. (Mathew Love) the worst supervisor I've come across, taken one year to deal with my complaint and even at that point I had to go over him to get this resolved.
When my car was booked in for repairs after a crash they decided to write the car off without my knowledge, and the garage who had my car stole my personal belongings out of the car believing I had left everything. And then being told I can't get reimbursed as most of the items I had no receipts for.
NEVER USE THEM THEY WORK WITH LV CAR INSURANCE SO NOT AT ALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE
