AVG remote operator broke my computer
By far the worst customer experience I have ever had. I paid £49.95 for an AVG remote operator to check over my computer (which was working fine) after I had some phishing attempt. The remote operator erased lots of files.. including system files.. then restarted my computer. IT DIDNT REBOOT!! A warning screen says 'Windows cannot load' and nothing I do can make it load. I spent ages trying to contact AVG again.. on another computer.. eventually after getting a response I was told to contact microsoft... That was it... no more help... 'read the small print'
I am still fuming a week later and still have no computer. Just terrible terrible customer service.

this is a very good antivirus service witch requires dowloading if you search the web alot it has so many features witch i find very usefull such as linkscanner,computer scanner,email scanner and much more this is a top antivirus highly recomemd.
