I share the same concern as many here. I have been waiting, even after several emails, for almost two weeks for my coding issue to access games to be sorted. No contact, poor customer service and now being totally ignored. No need for my advice to stay away simply see the other reviews. Come on guys sort your customer care out!
It seems that a number of people are buying from this Company but the keys are Duplicates...I ordered GRID 2 and the same problem has occurred I have reported this to PayPal and Codemasters

They say you get your key via email after 24 hours. I didnt get anything after 30 hours.
I also send a email and didnt get any response.
