This is the strangest company I think I've ever dealt with. First off, their website has no phone number that I can find to be able to call to speak to anyone about problems with orders. And the only way to contact this company is to fill out a message box with your email but I've done that now FIVE TIMES in the last 3 days and still NO ANSWER to my emails. It's ridiculous! I am trying to order something from them and every time I try to do so, it says there is a problem and that they will call me back but that hasn't happened yet either! I believe this could be just a PHISHING website. Luckily, I didn't give out any personal info you couldn't find in our local phonebook. If anyone has a phone number for this company, PLEASE POST IT! Oh, and my antivirus software blocked an attempt to hijack me to a malicious website so BEWARE of this website! I don't know how these other reviews are so positive.

Went to shopping cart (it took me to Amazon for checkout) and the $33.00 item was suddenly $44.00 before so-called free shipping. No explanation, just a surprise increase in price. Smells like bait-and-switch to me.

This is clearly not a straight-shooting dealer and I'm surprised to see Amazon doing order processing with a company that engineers mystery price increases in the middle of the order process.

I bailed out. Now, I'll shop with a dealer that I know. Amazon's reputation has suffered a little with me on this deal!

Great price, fair shipping and arrived in super fast time, I will be using this company again. I'm never happy giving my credit card number to business that I dont know, I was reassured to see that they use Amazon Payments as I know from experience that they are very good at getting involved if anything goes wrong, but I need not have worried.

The ONLY reason this is 4 Stars and not 5 is because there was no option to ship direct to my brother who is overseas with the US Army.

Surprised that a company could beat amazon on total price, but decided to proceed to checkout only to find that the shopping cart price of $7.93 + $1.99 shipping was suddenly $11.92, with "checkout powered by amazon". I prefer the one-click ordering at amazon. $11.92 is amazon's price, btw.

Sent you to check-out at Amazon. This appears to be a hacker site that fishes for info.

I selected the product I wanted to purchase (a waffle maker). The final price according to the website with shipping was about $42. When I clicked the checkout button the price jumped to about $57 without any explanation. So instead of purchasing it I went with a different company (Newegg).
