What an amazing service
Ordered at 2pm , my package was available for collection at 3pm , with the engraving done , highly recommend this company

Bought a gift for $100, arrived 3 weeks late after I told them don't bother and was worth maybe $10. They offered me a 10% discount after many hours hunting them down and them promising they'd get back. Will never use again.

Terrible!! I couldn’t contact them. They initially said I’d had a message on WhatsApp? No message and I don’t use WhatsApp so tried to email and message on chat … absolutely No contact and nothing delivered to my son-in-law.

The worst company that I ever used👎🏼. Today was delivered cake that was ask to be delivered on 18.03!!! And the cake was completely different👹

Excellent service. Number of products to be increased. Most of it are cakes, flowers. Other gifts be introduced. I wish to send different gifs like laptop table, laptop bed table, chargers with light. These are not available

this service has been reported to FTC.gov for malpractice

they either blatantly don't deliver what your ordered stealing your money or if you keep pestering them they will deliver something of a much lower value thus keeping the difference.

my gift was supposed to be delivered in mid Mar and was delivered in mid April after multiple threatening call to them, what they delivered was something completely different to what was advertised

On 4/5/23, I have ordered birthday gift and flowers from them to deliver on 4/7/2023.
They delivered on time. No hassle, great service. I am very happy with the service. I was concerned that I ordered from abroad however they didn’t disappoint me. Thank you.

Pathetic service. Gift was delivered almost a month later. The brand of chocolates delivered were of poor quality. Customer service doesn’t respond. I will never recommend using Gifts and ideas

Prompt & Good service received from Giftsnideas. Though at first delayed delivery, they were friendly and willing especially after Diana from the helpdesk got in touch for the same and updated us on the future course of action till completion of delivery. And the gifts were of quality. TYsM

I had a mixed experience. The birthday present didn't arrive on time (it was around a week late) and it wasn't what I ordered.

On the bright side, the person I bought the gift for enjoyed having a "second birthday," and the chocolate covered strawberries that were delivered were delicious. The gift that was sent was probably a better gift than the one I thought I was giving.

I was kept informed about the delivery date, which I appreciated. Overall, I don't think I'd use them again, but if they get their act together I would probably give them another try. As previously noted, those chocolate covered strawberries were very tasty, I wouldn't mind ordering more in the future.

This company took 77 USD to deliver a cake to Singapore and it never arrived. After repeated emails and chats it became apparent this company is a fraud , taking money and ever delivering anything or delivering not what was advertised to keep the difference. There is no good way to report them to the authorities unfortunately.
