Good Price but terrible service, will never use it again if I have other choice!
I ordered a Medela swing breast pump on Feb24th, after a week I was wondering why it still haven't arrived, so checked the website and found that it is still pending. I e-mail them on March 2nd 3 times, sending message on the "live support" ( which seems always off line all the time), I finally got an replay on March 3rd in e-mail claimed that they can't successfully charged my credit card. Then I replied to them right away, saying that I have other credit to use, I wanted to call them to take care of it the first thing on Monday, March 5th, since I need it by March 11th for friend as gift. I also told them that they should have notified my since they have my e-mail and phone No. But so far I got no reply, today is March 5th 9:28am mountain time. Again, I called them ( it is very hard to find the phone no. on their website.), e-mail again and still no ANY RESPONSE. I don't think today is a holiday. I saw the price quote on their website increase from 129 to 139 though, I'm wondering if they try to charge more, so very lazy to response.

I'm so upset and just ordered the pump from ebay, and pay an shipping expedite fee! Well, this is just a vendor has horrible service, and not reliable at all if the time and service are important for you. But yes, their price is low when I did all the research online. But I will never do business with them AGAIN!!! EVER!!!
