I ordered 2 CD's on the 3rd September…
I ordered 2 CD's on the 3rd September that were due to be released on the 4th to be delivered to the Stirling store.
I thought that they would be delivered on the 7th so I could collect them.
I did receive an email at 17.04 to say they were ready to collect but as the store closed at 18.00 did not have enough time to collect them.
Next time I will go to the store and buy them or get them delivered!
Otherwise very good service.

Happy with my LP for my Mum's…
Happy with my LP for my Mum's Christmas, as she loves her vinyls. The ordering was easy, and my record was delivered very quickly and well packaged. Really happy with the whole process from start to finish.

It's HMV online, I ordered a vinyl, it turned up within a couple of days.... that's it. It was on time, and as expected. I don't use HMV very often as they're pretty expensive, usually I go to the stores with t-shirts and games, just needed to get something quick. It's a normal online experience.
