10 days ago I ordered and paid (!)some Kitchen Aid lids from homegoodsrangecookers.
Nothing has arrived yet and I get no response to various emails I have sent them.
I will never buy anything from them again.
I hope I will soon receive either the lids or a refund!
Dishwasher was fairly priced and ordering was simple. The gentleman who phoned to arrange the delivery was very helpful.
The delivery itself was on time and the guys were lovely

Bought a Miele Washing Machine from this store online.
When I tried to check with them about delivery as I work odd shifts so need to know well in advance the date and approximate time of delivery, I was dealt with in a very abrupt and aggresive manner by the monkey (Salesman). I informed the monkey that I will not be spoken to by anybody like that and so I would be cancelling my order and ended the call.
About 10 minutes later I received a call from the manager apologising and promising me delivery on the Saturday.
The washing machine arrived as promised, no complaints about the machine its fab!!
All in all a very stressfull and unpleaseant experience.
I am very pleased with my washing machine . It was delivered when they said it would be. So all and all I was pleased with the service.
Excellent service although I expected our dishwasher to be delivered earlier than it was. It took 3 weeks and then only after I rang to see what was happening. However, it was delvered in the time slot outlined and the price was very good.
