I paid for an item on the 11th Jan, when the item never arrived I emailed twice and was ignored. I eventually managed to get a message through on their website on the 27th Jan. After speaking to a man on the phone, who assured me that I would get my refund, I decided to wait. It is now the 7th Feb. No refund, the site has been taken down and I have been getting no reply from emailing them or phoning.
Disgusted.
