Admittedly if I'd seen the reviews here beforehand I wouldn't have booked.
However, I called them last Friday to book a repair on my oven, (heating element) & they were available to come out the following Monday. Due to commitments, I had them come out today, Tuesday. He arrived at 10am, I was quoted between 10 & 11am, so couldn't be better. The oven was repaired within an hour, without any problems. Price, fair.
