I ordered pastern support for my dog. Having had many years experience with horses I expected a pair of, what are essentially, boots.

Not only did I only receive one pastern support in my order, it was basically a small piece of thin neoprene with two pieces of velcro. Very disappointing, A quick internet search shows I can purchase a whole metre of similar neoprene for £16.99, the single scrap, with post and packing, was £22.44 or thereabouts.

I see Hyperdrug does get good reviews on Trustpilot, and the member of staff I spoke to regarding my return was very helpful, but the goods were shoddy and the supply of only one totally baffling. Many agility and flyball dogs wear these type of supports, but always on both front legs. Getting one only should at least be explained on the details section of your pages, and the price adjusted to align with the poor quality.

I always get my prescription vet meds from Hyperdrug as their service is quick, easy and efficient. My only gripe is that the packing slip used to say how many repeats that I had left, and I haven’t had any notifications of that for a while now. It would be great if this could be added again.

Parcel was delivered on time and securely wrapped. Goods were in excellent condition, as always.
