Wow...that's all I really have to say about them, they were very nice over the phone and helped me through every step. I am a very stubborn guy and their patience really shined through, if this is how they treat every customer then they will be very successful!

The ADT staff was very helpful and informative. Not pushy or too busy to answer any of your questions or concerns. I had a great experience with the ADT installer. He did a nice clean install and ran all the wires clean. He explained all of my options and their benefits without trying to get me to buy things I didn't need. The installer also patiently taught me how to use my system.
