We ordered a items and they charged our Credit Card. We then never received our product and are unable to contact anyone at this company. There is no phone that can be called where you can speak with a person. They are still unresponsive via email despite the claim that they will respond within 24 Hours. It was been weeks and multiple emails and still no response. They have yet to provide us with a tracking number and proof of delivery or even a refund.

When I ordered an item from Industry Recycles I had received a confirmation email shortly after. The item had arrived a few days after I placed my order. Much faster then I had expected. I will definitely use this company again.
