Rip off artist! Take your money & you'll never get you the product.

Dear friend,

Please don't waste your money or time. Their webpage is nice and professional, but it is all one big front. Call them and no one ever answers - you have to leave your order for them. Please, please don't make the mistake I did and order from on line as you'll never get the money back. This company is a complete scam. Money does not brother me as much as the disappointment in my child's face as he picked out the stickers for his wall and we patiently waited. After one month over a span of three weeks left two voice messages on their business phone and sent them an e-mail. No reply and then was told by the Better Business Bureau there was nothing they could do. So I won't be believing a business is accredited by the BBB means anything in the future either.
Learn the lessons the easy way verses the hard way I did. Save yourself and more importantly your child's feelings before they get hurt & disappointment ISTICKUP will cause.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! NO RESPONSE TO MY ORDER!! NEVER RECEIVED!

They did the same thing to me. I ordered something from them totaling $129.00, which I have been charged for and I have yet to receive my order. I made the order on Jan. 27th. and it is now Feb. 13th and have not received it. I have called and emailed and posted on their facebook. I am completely beside myself that a business would do this to their customers. I also did a complaint on BBB.

Disappointed with SERIOUS lack of customer service!!

I placed my order (on 12/14/12) for 2 sheets of the gigantic "cute as a bug" decals for Christmas gifts for two separate nurseries. It said they would be delivered 12/24/12 so I didn't opt for the rush shipping. I got one sheet on 12/24/12 but the other sheet wasn't in the box?!? There was some damage to a couple of the decals, so I took pictures and e-mailed the company. I had only got one tracking number, so I had no idea where my other sheet was. Since then I have called and left voice mails, left messages on their website, and sent e-mails. At first I thought they may be on some kind of extended holiday break, but here is it 01/14/13 and I have STILL not got ANY kind of response from them what-so-ever!!! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! For lack of knowing what else to do I have filed a complaint with the BBB, which gives the company til 1/21/13 to respond to the complaint. At this point I have serious doubts that they are going to contact me at all, I guess we'll see in a week. I guess even if a company is rated "A" by the BBB, and all the previous customers seem to be happy....you never can tell. In case you were wondering....I spent about $180.00 with this company....and expected MUCH better customer service for the amount of money spent. :-( :-( :-( I will post again and let everyone know what kind of resolution I got.

Most affordable and best quality wall decals online.

This company is truly wonderful. The stickers I received were amazing. Not only was the artwork perfect for our nursery but the quality was fantastic. It allowed us to rearrange the decals however we wanted, and the decals would easily peel off and re-stick again and again. I recommend anyone to buy from here for a quick and awesome way to decorate your childs room.

Better than I could have imagined

I found myself in an unfortunate situation with my son and had to share a room with him until 8 months. When I found the opportunity to give him his own nursery I wanted it to be special.
These stickers are such a high quality compared to everything else I found out there. The small cute as a bug stickers were the perfect addition to our boy's garden theme, and SO adorable! My curious son has gone after them several times and they stay on the wall very well, yet were also easy to resposition. We've only had these a short while but it looks like they are going to last for some time. Definitely worth the money!

Adorable Ocean Themed Nursery

I spent weeks agonizing over decals for my boys nursery. Finally found the ocean themed ones from iStickup and could not be more pleased. My parents spent time putting up the decals for me and said that other than the large whale everything was easy. Repositioning ... not an isuue. Love the way the room came out and have now added iStickup to my list of companies I will use again and again as my boys grow and their interests change.

Our mermaid decals look fantastic!

I bought these cute mermaid decals for my granddaughter's bedroom and they turned out to be even cuter than what we were expecting. The decals really livened up the room and brought great color to ordinary and plain walls. My granddaughter enjoyed helping to stick them up and she can't stop talking about how cool they are. I also recently got the enchanted forest decals for her baby sister's nursery. The butterflies added such a nice touch to the walls and tree that it surrounded. I love these wall stickers!!!

Fantastic quality and so easy to use!

My son wanted a jungle room so I scoured the internet looking for something that wasn't babyish. I was so happy to find these themes. The amount of decals are perfect for an average size bedroom. The quality was great and they were so easy to put up. You can even reposition them without ruining them. Great price for what you get. I highly recommend them!

My son believes he's sleeping in space and LOVES it!!!!

The space theme is INCREDIBLE!! They were so easy to put up on the walls and look fantastic. We did the gigantic size due to our high ceilings and couldn't be happier with the end result. My son truly believes he's sleeping in the solar system each night, and he absolutely loves it! The quality of the stickers is very good and highly comparable to other more expensive brands we've used as well.

The entire shopping experience with istickup.com was AMAZING! The buying process was super easy, and the customer service was outstanding. We had just moved, and my PayPal address had not been updated. I didn't realize this until the day it was out for delivery -- on its way to our OLD address! I used the instant chat on the website to see if there was any way to fix it since UPS would not reroute on my word alone. Kelly responded immediately to my problem, and within 10 mins confirmed with me that UPS would reroute the package and deliver the next business day. Had she not responded so quickly, the package would have been delivered to the wrong address - and would have been totally my own fault! THANK YOU for saving the day (and my son's room)!!!

Dino Friends fun and easy for a long time!

We ordered the Dino Friends giant decals for our son's room almost a year ago. They are easy to put up and do not bubble or peel around the edges like our daughter's FatHead we put up at the same time. The material is more "fabric-y" which means the color can scratch off if toy bins, suitcases, etc. rub against it, so pick your placement well. Like I said, we have had ours for almost a year, and we are VERY happy with them!

Perfect for our toddlers' imaginative playroom!

We were re-decorating our girls' (ages 4years and 18 months) playroom. They love animals so we had a jungle theme in mind. After extensive research, we decided to get the Giant Jungle Theme decals. They are absolutely beautiful and life like! Our girls love the new look and we are completely satisfied. Thinking about ordering more decals for the girls' bedroom. Also, the decals we ordered arrived at our door quickly and in excellent condition.

My search for the perfect gift for my great nephew ended here!

We purchased the large outer space kit- the planets, stars and space ships are fabulous. The upper portion of the room was painted midnight blue and the lower, lighter blue- The decals looked like a professional mural once they were up. We did have to reposition and roll the two largest planets to get them to stay but once done we couldn't be happier!

what happened to the customer service???

Have been so please with this product until now. Had an issue and sent two emails with pictures to the company and NO response. I have also called... no answer!!

Best sticker decals on the market!

I have used the Cute as a Bug, and the underwater sticker theme room. I have been so impressed by the vibrant colors and size of the stickers. I have and will continue to recommend them!

We've brought "Home" to Day Care with stick ups from istickups!

My dream to open a Day care center was realized in October of 2011. Christian Child Care Day Care Center is a small daycare with a capacity of 32 infants and toddlers. Istickups helped me bring home qualities, filled with warmth and colorful excitment, to each room. The owner of our building says our daycare is his favorite building. Guests to our ocean themed playroom thought they were painted on the walls, not decals

After searching high and low for large ocean themed decals for our kids playroom I ordered two sets. I placed them easily on our newly painted aqua colored walls and ta-da! We had a beautiful ocean playroom with mermaids, whales and all kinds of sea life. THe large ones are a bit tricky (the whale) but once I was able to flatten out the bubbles, it looked great.

Big bold and easy to use!!

I did a huge web search for stick on decals and it is hard to find any that come in this giant size.
They are big bold and fun. I like how you can restick them if you want to move them.
They were a bit pricey, but I think they are good quality, nice and thick, and not apt to tear. Also I have seen others that have a clear film that borders the design all the way around, those look so tacky, and these do not have that.
Shipping was a little slow. I had to call and ask about my delivery.

BIG DECALS = BIG TIME FUN!

I ordered the huge safari decals for my nursery and couldn't be happier with them. Many friends thought I had somebody paint them on my walls! I LOVE that they don't peel or curl away from the wall, even though I've moved them a few times. Great product! I'll definitely be ordering again!

Great decals

Fell in love with the decals. Apparently our order got lost BUT customer service was great and got right on top of it to get it to us. We got the monster decals for our 6 yr old's bedroom and the look awesome!! He and his friends love them!

Good quality; slightly expensive

We were very pleased with the quality of the stickers, and appreciated the textured surface. We did think that the price was moderately high for the size of the stickers (we got the giant ones), but are still happy with our purchase.

Amazing wall decals for a gender neutral nursery!

I ordered the Day at the Beach Wall decals for a gender neutral nursery (we don't know if we're having a boy or girl and also wanted something not too baby-ish so the child can grow into it), and the decals are awesome! Everyone who has seen our nursery has thought we had all the beach items painted on by an artist. We absolutely love it and part of the walls have a textured paint (tan paint that looks like sand) and the decals stick to the textured paint as well, which was one of my worries when I ordered the decals. A friend of mine and her 18 month old came to visit and her son kept saying "wow!" whenever he went into the nursery and then pointed to all the decals on the wall and was identifying items (beach ball, tree, etc.) so I think when our child is a toddler it will be a great way for him or her to learn colors and other words. I was a little surprised it took so long to receive the decals in the mail (and glad I ordered them way ahead of my due date), but it was totally worth the wait!

Quality decals that STICK!!

My wife and I researched various other decal/mural companies online before proceeding with iStickup, all in all it was several days/weeks of our research. To the general public and consumer, save your time and JUST GO WITH iStickup!! The material and quality of the decals are awesome. The ease of putting the stickers up is awesome. The ease of moving the decals or repositioning the decals is awesome. Lastly, their customer service rocks, they actual "live human beings" answers the phones. Christopher actually took my call on a Saturday morning...

Ocean Decals

After seeing a friend do her nursery w/your ocean decals, I decided to get a few for my daughter's bathroom. We put them up for a few days to make sure we liked them and then took them down to use the bathroom as more of an adult one (my daughter is 8 months old) for now. I really like how easily they can be put up and taken down...much easier than painting and repainting to get a different look/theme! I'm excited to turn it into a toddler bathroom when she's the right age.

LOVE the ocean theme

We got this for our daughter's nursery, and the sea critters are so engaging for her she loves them. Best part, we moved when she was almost 6 months old, and easily removed the decals, took them with us, and decorated her new room the same way, helping her feel at home in our new place. Super easy to use and great quality materials!

So Life like!

I was very impressed with our decals. They were delivered in a timely manor. We have moved the decals several times and no residue was left behind and they held up to all of the moving.

Great decals

I ordered these decals for my son's nursery. I wanted something that was cute now and would still be cute when he is 3 or 4 (didn't want the baby baby stuff). I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived...the pictures online don't do these decals justice. They are gorgeous.

I posted pictures of our son's nursery online and I can't tell you how many people asked me who our professional painter was...yep...they look that good. I have even moved them around a few times and they stick great. We used a couple of extra decals in his bathroom and they are great in there too (even with the moisture).

Overall, one of my favorite purchases for his room. Shipping was super fast on these decals too!

Decals were perfect for gender neutral room!

Upon downsizing and moving into a new home, my children (boy and girl) gained bunk beds... and a shared room. I didn't have a lot of money to spend in order to decorate, and it was difficult to come up with ideas that both kids would like. I finally found these decals on "istickup" and painted some ocean waves on the wall around the room. When these arrived, the kids had a blast helping me stick them to the wall - and they LOVED the result, BOTH of them! We have since had to move furniture a couple of times in their room, and the decals easily peel off and retain their stickiness so we have simply been able to move them to another spot on the wall. Anyone who comes over to our house always comments on how great these look :) Thank you!

Great Large Decals

I purchased some under the sea decals. They were perfect for a kids room. I purchased the regular sized decals (they also have an option for large). I was very happy with how large they are! They have a nice finish, which was I was unable to find at other companies that only had fish decals more suitable for a bathroom.

Overall very happy would buy here again.

Very fun and exactly what we were looking for to go with our theme.

These decals are fun and easy to put up. My 17 month old twins room has an underwater theme. They have just recently started pointing to the fish, whale, ant turtle and telling us what they are. The istickup designs look like they were painted right on the wall.
I highly recommend these!

High quality beautiful decals!

I ordered the Ocean Life room decals & received them in a timely fashion. I was very impressed with how sturdy & brightly colored the decals were. There wasn't a time that I was concerned about a tear & bubbles were very easy to get out without worrying about stretching or tearing. Made my son's space-themed room the envy of all his friends (and his friend's Dads!)

I used istickup's space themed stickers to transform my son's room into an outspace dream. Those stickers combined with a some glow in the dark paints have made his room AMAZING! Not only do his 6-year old buddies think so, all the Dad's in the neighborhood are annoyed with me because now their kids want a room like that! :-)

Honestly, I'm a little envious. I wish I had a space room.

The stickers are VERY high quality. They are thicker than I expected (which is good) and have adheared to the wall very well. The detail is great. I would recommend without hesitation.

Durable fun at a great price

Great company with fun designs. (The balloons look real.) They are super durable - even if they get folded they can easily be placed on again. The pricing is great, too, as is the customer service.

Totally transformed my office...

Great creativity and artistic talent. I love my MSU Mustang pride stick-ups. They are posted all over my office walls. iStickUp is a great company to work with. They were very patient and helpful in helping me find exactly what I wanted. The customer service and follow up was great too. They made sure that I was happy with my order and offered helpful hints in placing the stick ups on my walls. They even asked for a picture of my office after I had created the ideal wall display.

I love their creativity and artistic designs. The prices were well within my budget and my stickers were delivered quicker than I had hoped.
