Excellent Customer Service

Good customer service really does matter. Not only do they sell good products (I purchased ATC Super Sterasyl water filter candles in their eBay shop) at reasonable prices, their customer service was brilliant when I had to return a faulty item..... they telephoned me to let me know it was on its way & to apologise for the delay (Christmas period slows things down).
Will shop their again and highly recommend them!
