Hi Feride, We're sorry your payments aren't being registered despite paying on time and providing bank documents. This shouldn't happen. We recommend reporting the missing payments in the Klarna app: Payments > Select the order > Report a problem > I paid but it's not showing, and upload your proof of payment. You can also contact us via chat or phone in the Klarna app.

Always great experience
