Poor aftersale quality

Actually happy about the frame, however part of the order was cancelled and aftersales told us the product was sold off although it was still available in the online shop. Therefore we had to order it from somewhere else and had new shipping fees added. The discussion with after sales was one sided, trying to explain why we were wrong about it and they refunded the box. I believe that an end to end customer experience must include a good aftersales. Therefore if everything goes right, you'll be pleased. If you have an issue well... You honnestly don't want to.

1st order, recieved wrong

When the 30 pictures arrived 10 of them were printed on a different size despite me ordering all the same size for a photo album (I checked my receipt before leaving this review)
Very long process to actually receive your photos seeming as you are paying for the delivery (depends on your country).

I wont be using this company again as this was my first order and they got it wrong.
