I couldn’t get my home phone to make outgoing calls nor receive in coming ones . Thought it was bust and ordered a new one from this company . Thought I would have one more go to get the old phone working and pulled all of the cables and power plugs out . Waited 10 minutes and it all came good again .
Rang up this company to cancel the online order and they couldn’t have been more helpful . Spoke to Lewis . Within a few days my credit card had been credited back with the cost of the new telephone and the order successfully cancelled .
Can’t speak highly enough of them . Superb customer service .

I ordered a tent that turned out to be faulty. Using their returns procedure, I sent it back with a detailed note about the fault and requested a refund. Two weeks later, I received an email to say that the refund had been approved. This is exactly the kind of customer service that will keep me coming back.

First class service from ordering to delivery. Presales support answered my interoperability query honestly and the Gigaset DECT set I purchased worked flawlessly, even allowing the 15 year old handsets purchased previously to be registered. This is my second purchase through Ligo.

All in all a good experience but the return process is a bit clumsy as you have to call or email. I emailed but didn't get a response in the 48 hours they claimed so called.
