Lingosbox 

This company misrepresents its products, I ordered a 'huge garage door mural, reusable, vinyl with a fitting kit to attach to the door. No communication from them which caused me to initiate a complaint with PayPal. Eventually received a printed tablecloth less than half the ordered size with a fitting kit that was four nails in a plastic hook. PayPal have supported them but have got me a refund when I have returned the item at my cost. It took 39 days for the original item to arrive with no updates from this company. I would suggest DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY it is worthwhile spending a little more with a reputable company. If they were in Australia I would have sued them

DON'T BUY IF YOU NEED IT RIGHT AWAY. I ORDERED MY PRODUCT 14 DAYS AGO AND IT WAS JUST PROCESSED IN CHINA ON JUNE 5TH. DON'T HAVE AN OPTION TO COMMUNICATE DIRECTLY WITH THE COMPANY. BUY AMERICAN, IN THE USA.

I ordered an otter box 5 weeks ago. The payment was taken immediately , but still no otter box . I emailed the company and have gotten no response. Now when I try to log into the sight It says it's not a secure sight, and I can't get past please log in. Very disappointing!
spend the extra money and order from a reputable company.

Haven't got my merchandise I ordered over a week ago

This company is a scam and ripoff..PayPal should be ashamed of their affiliation ...they will not respond to emails..every since I placed an order with them I have been receiving suspicious emails from my credit card company...

It has been a MONTH since I've purchase my phone case and have yet to receive it in the mail. Actually, I have yet to receive so much as a returned email from this company when I asked them where my case was. The only thing I've received is an email when I first ordered the case stating how much I've paid and my receipt number. When I try to log on to the website now to check my order it says it's an unsecured site. This place is ridiculous! I just want what I paid for.

Otterbox case is AWESOME! I only paid $15.95 a case! Very slow delivery but we'll worth the wait!

Many people are calling this website a scam. It's not. I bought an Otterbox case off of here for like $10 or so. Super cheap and is the official Otterbox company. It did worry me because I read some of the reviews after I ordered. But it came. It just takes a while because the company sends it from China. I guess some people rated before they got their product. Super awesome though if you're willing to wait a few weeks for a super good product with a reasonable price.

My husband had ordered us each an otter box for our phones. I tried tracking the order after a few days. I was concerned after not receiving a conformation email of the order so I could track it. After about 9 days of ordering the cases, they came in. I love them. Honestly, there's nothing to get alarmed about.

Everyone is saying how bad the place is. And I did not check the reviews of it until after I ordered my case😶😶. (So obviously I was a little worried) I tried to find a phone number for lingosbox but could not find one. I called the bank and they said the payment was already taken out.(surprisingly quick, which scared me) so I just let it go. It was only $20. I still checked the mail everyday though just in CASE!! (Get it? CASE? Because I was ordering..ill continue) about 3 weeks went by and I lost all hope. I didn't really care anymore. But... I went and checked on the third week... AND IT WAS THERE!!! I was very happy. It was brand new, unopened, and in perfect condition. I only give it 4 stars because the shipping took a very long time.

As an owner of a new iPhone 5c, I have had a hard time finding a case for the iPhone, as it is not a very popular model and I personally cannot find it in any stores.
After looking everywhere and comparing online prices, I came across Lingosbox, who was offering iPhone 5c cases for like $13. Without hesitating, I ordered a standard white and gray otterbox case for my iPhone on May 11th for about $15 overall, including shipping and handling. Not bad, right? Especially for an otterbox case, which can run about $25-30, depending on where you get it from.
This website was certainly quick to make the transaction as soon as I clicked the order button, which wouldn't have bothered me, had it been here by now...
However, it is now the 3rd of June, and I have STILL not received word of anything. Not even an email stating that they have shipped my order!
I am LIVID!!!!!
I will absolutely spread the word about how much of a rip off Lingosbox was!! Their prices ARE too good to be true!!!!!! So save yourself the hassle and spend the extra few bucks for a good quality case that you can trust will be shipped to you in good timing. Go on Etsy or something, they have awesome ideas to choose from. I just gave up and bought a custom case for three times as much as I spent on this stupid thing, but hey, at least I got it within a week and a half of ordering it.

I ordered two iphone cases from them and after two weeks have not received them or even an order confirmation or shipment information whatsover. Just initiated a dispute through paypal.

I Paid for the product never received it, tried to contact them and none of the contacts work this company appears to be like a scam DO NOT ATTEMPT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM IT IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF

Please do not use this site, they don't send the items.

Required a new screen for phone, they even provided a tracking number to Paypal that doesn't work. Paypal case raised and sorted for me.

I ordered a screen replacement for my phone and paid through paypal. Waited for my cover and nothing. I contacted them and they said the price went up. I told them to refund my money through paypal and they said I will have to file a dispute. I never received a refund. Use an american distributor.

I bought an Iphone backcover from them. They were very prompt in taking the payment out of paypal, but never posted a shipping confirmation. Two weeks later, when I had not received it, I tried to contact them through their customer service email. I received NO response. I did it again the next day and the next. NO response. I had Paypal contact them. NO response. Finally, I ordered a new back on EBay from someone else (cheaper too). The next day the first back arrived. I still have had NO response from this company at any time. Now, I have to deal with having TWO backs. I would never deal with them again.

I ordered a Panasonic camera case in mid-Oct 2012 and received a Usb cable during mid-November. The item was shipped from China. When I contacted Lingosbox, I was responded to by a Jing Zhang who stated that my description of the packaging was incorrect and that I would have to submit a photo to prove my claim. I did so and was told that the correct item would be shipped. Two months later (mid-January) I have not received the item and Lingosbox has not responded to any of the four emails that have been sent requesting order status.

After searching for problems associated with Lingosbox, it is now evident that this business is known for cheating their customers. This business apparently appears just legitimate enough to cast doubt on allegations of illegal behavior. DO NOT TRUST LINGOSBOX (or any of their associates - salespenglee@gmail.com or Jing Zhang (zhangjing2009ebay@gmail.com).

in Febury,i got my kindle fire screen cracked,i searched everwhere for a replacement digitizer,only found that lingosbox are selling it,but from the talkreveiws ,i am afraid of being scammed,i have talked many times with the seller,at last,they agreed to send the goods first,after i received the goods,i paid them.i think it's a good way to earn the trust from the customers.thank you very much,i have recommend this site to my friends.

i ordered twice from them,the first time is very smooth,then the second time the parcel was missed,but the seller sent the replacement very soon,so i think it's not bad,at least i finally got my package.thank you lingosbox.
