Excellent support!
I recently purchased some motorcycle accessories from Petr at Motops.cz – through their eBay store.
Firrst of all – the company´s prices are very competitive. My shipment was on it´s way within a couple of days. Unfortunately, somebody had tampered with the sealed shipment container, so Post Danmark refused the shipment that had my package in it.
Service from Post Danmark was non-existing (surprise-surprise) but Petr at Motopz saved the day. He confirmed the incident with CZ post and promptly sent another unit.
Great service – thanks a lot!
