I visited Next in Morpeth today to pick up items that had been ordered by me. The lady I dealt with was Heather and she was more than helpful regarding the process. Other items ordered by my wife and that I thought would not be ready for collection were mentioned by Heather and she insisted on going into warehouse area to have a look. She came back soon after, with the other order on her. To say I was greatly impressed would be an understatement.
Heather is one brilliant advert for the company. She is so friendly and efficient. I would love her to receive a bonus for her lovely, customer friendly way. Thank you Heather AND Next.

I had such a fantastic experience shopping in the kids department at Next in Carlow recently, and I just had to leave a review to recognise one of the staff members, Tricia.

From the moment I approached her, Tricia was incredibly friendly, polite and professional. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for, offering helpful suggestions and taking the time to check sizes and styles without making me feel rushed. Her knowledge of the stock was excellent, and she genuinely seemed happy to help.

What really stood out was her positive attitude and patience – nothing was too much trouble. It’s so refreshing to receive customer service like that. She made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Tricia is a real credit to the team in Next Carlow, and I’ll definitely be returning because of the wonderful service I received. Thank you again!

NEXT Fareham precinct. Very helpful young woman, asked her to order a pair of men's trousers in the right leg length, she looked on the computer only to find a pair in stock which she speedily retrieved. A lovely young woman where nothing was to much trouble. Always a pleasure shopping at NEXT Fareham.

Always a pleasure shopping in Ventura Next .the staff are always very professional and friendly. The shop was looking extremely attractive with a wonderful range of clothes. The new Jewellery Counter looked amazing amazing. Well done to you all a pleasure to shop

Just been into Next Kingsgate Huddersfield Claire the shop assistant was brilliant nothing too much trouble so so helpful buying a shirt for my husband all her advice on sizing was spot on and fits him perfect.Thankyou Claire lucky to have you on their team👍

We have just been to Next in Colne & was served by Rhianne, she went above & beyond to help my son find a suit for a wedding, She was very patient & I will give her 10 out of 10 for service, she was amazing.

Went to Martlesham Next 2nd May, I was served by Tessa, she was not only extremely helpful but we had a wonderful brief conversation that just cheered me up for the day, a lovely conversation goes along way, thank you Tessa you are a credit to Next.

Women's wear picked up several items to try on in the changing room I noticed when it said size 12 on the hangers in stead two items were 16 very annoying plus when I brought it to the attention of rosemary at till she was not interested

Ben F in the Chelmsford store today was amazing, went above and beyond. My husband gave a vague description of a jacket he wished he had bought in Maldon, Ben found it online, found one in the storeroom and served us very efficiently. An absolute star.

Lauren, the lady that served me today in Fareham Next was very helpful in finding and looking up on line the trousers I wanted to buy!! Also doing an exchange for them!! (I bought the wrong ones!) Very good!!

I needed a suit for my daughter’s wedding in 2weeks. I had tried my old suit but it didn’t fit, so my wife dragged down to NEXT, to see if I could get one. I’m no good at shopping, and dreaded the thought of hours looking at different stores, but Oliver (Blackpool NEXT) had me sorted within 10 minutes. He bent over backwards to help me find a suit that I would like. Nothing was to much trouble for him, he even helped me to put the jacket on as I had broken 3ribs a couple of days ago. Like I said 10 minutes suit picked and paid for and only £99.00. A bargain in my eyes. I definitely will shop their again, great store and great staff 5 star service.

This site is a scam. Most of the profile on there is fake. By no mean do not give your bank details, there is no wan to cancel your membership and they will continue to bill you

I have met 2 people on here in the first month. None of them worked out but I've been trying bunch of sites and at least this one delivered, however it could be better...
