Scam, in China, not USA. Lies, unethical business practices

The other 3 reviews sound EXACTLY like my emails with this company, and the fake yahoo answeres comments. This guy named qiong xiao who owns the following online retail websites :
laptopdvdrw.com, Notebook-laptop-accessories.com, and laptop.drives.co.uk, is creating fake American sounding names in Yahoo answers to build up the reputation for his sites. He has been doing it since about March of 2011. All questions and answers from these fake people talk about his stores. One will ask if one store is reliable, another will answer, then that answer gets voted the best and the question gets closed so no one else can comment.
This is VERY unethical business practices and I originally used these Q&A in my decision to purchase from laptopdvdrw.com and have been deeply disappointed. qiong xiao lies and says he is in California and ships in 1 to 3 days but he is in China.
Some of the names he is using in Yahoo answers are:
Steve Francis, Cherry Matt, Joean Matt, Alisa Matt, Bruce Francis, and Henry.
